Florida Housing Finance Corporation
Florida Housing was created by the Florida Legislature more than 25 years ago to help Floridians obtain safe, decent affordable housing that might otherwise be unavailable to them. Multifamily development programs (or rental housing program) include Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bonds (MMRB), Florida Affordable Housing Guarantee (Guarantee Program), HOME Investment Partnerships, Elderly Housing Community Loan (EHCL) and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
Community Partnership Group
Community Partnership Group (CPG) consists of two member non-profit organizations: Housing Partnership, Inc. and Parent Child Center, inc. Together, these organizations offer an array of housing, clinical, and community services.
City of Melbourne, Housing and Human Development
The Department administers a variety of programs funded by federal and state funds with the goal of improving the quality of life for Melbourne's low-income residents and low-income neighborhoods. The programs range from housing assistance to code enforcement activities, demolitions, neighborhood public facility improvements, and funding assistance to a variety of social support agencies.
Brevard County, Housing and Human Services
The Department’s mission is to contribute to Brevard County's quality of life by assisting citizens to meet their health, social and housing requirements. A department recognized for providing citizens with human service opportunities to achieve success through collaboration with community partners while identifying and addressing the community needs.
City of Titusville, Neighborhood Services
The mission of the Neighborhood Services Department is to plan, implement, and manage projects and activities which principally benefit very low- and low-income persons by providing decent and safe housing, and a suitable living environment; expand economic opportunties; and strengthen partnerships among all levels of government, and non-profit and for-profit organizations.
