The Partnership, Inc. (TPI), a nonprofit, charitable organization with a 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS, was formed in 1994 to acquire and manage affordable, multifamily properties that provide decent, safe and affordable housing to very low, low, and moderate income families.
TPI specializes in providing responsible stewardship and property management services that improve financial performance while enhancing and preserving economic value, primarily for troubled properties. As a charitable organization serving as the sole general partner, TPI qualifies Florida limited partnerships as eligible to apply for an ad valorem tax exemption pursuant to recent legislative amendments to Florida statutes, section 196.1978.
Since 1994, TPI has established a track record of superior performance in taking on troubled properties and resolving their problems. We are actively seeking new opportunities to apply our successful method of improving project performance and investor satisfaction.
